The vehicle must be used lawfully, carefully, and responsibly and only by approved drivers listed for the booking.
Customers must follow Oman traffic laws, parking rules, fuel or charging requirements, mileage limits, return timing, and any vehicle-specific instructions shared at handover.
The customer must protect the vehicle, keys, documents, plates, accessories, and personal access details while the vehicle is in their possession.
Some vehicles may be provided directly by Oman Car Rentals or through approved supplier and partner rental companies.
Partner vehicle availability, exact model, colour, trim, plate details, delivery timing, and replacement options remain subject to supplier confirmation and operational readiness.
If a confirmed partner vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, accident, late return, compliance issue, or operational constraint, we may offer a comparable alternative or support cancellation and refund options under the applicable policy.
The customer agrees to pay all applicable rental charges, delivery charges, one-way fees, optional extras, extension charges, excess mileage charges, fuel differences, tolls, fines, parking charges, damage costs, cleaning fees, administrative fees, and any other amount due under the rental agreement.
Payment may be required in full, partially, or by deposit depending on vehicle category, booking type, rental duration, delivery arrangement, and internal policy.

The renter remains responsible for damage, loss, theft, missing items, key loss, document loss, interior damage, tyre or wheel damage where excluded, underbody damage, and any uninsured or excluded loss unless otherwise stated in writing.
Basic insurance or standard protection may apply only where expressly stated and remains subject to provider terms, deductibles, exclusions, reporting requirements, and customer compliance with the rental agreement.
Traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, impound fees, violations, and related administrative charges incurred during the rental period are the customer's responsibility and may be billed after return.
Accidents, theft, damage, breakdowns, warning alerts, or police matters must be reported to support immediately and, where required, to the relevant authority.
Requests to change dates, times, locations, driver details, vehicle category, extras, delivery arrangements, or rental duration must be made before the scheduled rental time whenever possible.
Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval, price differences, payment confirmation, document checks, and operational capacity.
Approved changes may result in additional charges or adjusted cancellation and refund conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oman Car Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, booking requests, vehicle availability, supplier actions, delays, or rental services.
